This policy explains how Speed Lead, CNPJ 55.249.110/0001-83, the company behind Meu Dublê, handles your personal data. We follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and respect the rights that the data protection laws of your country give you, such as the GDPR in Europe.

1. What we collect

• When you buy: name, email, phone number and transaction details. Card details stay with Cakto and never reach us.
• When you use the course and the community: your login email, lesson progress and the messages you send in the community.
• When you visit the site: technical data, such as browser, device and pages visited, and analytics and advertising cookies, when you allow them.

2. What we use it for

• Delivering the course, the members area and the community.
• Providing support and handling refund requests.
• Letting you know about course updates.
• Preventing fraud and meeting legal and tax obligations.
• Understanding how the site is used and improving our ads.

The legal bases are performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest and, for analytics and advertising cookies, your consent. We do not sell your data.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us deliver the course: Cakto (payments and members area), email, hosting, community and messaging tools, and analytics and advertising tools, such as those from Meta, Google and TikTok. Some of these services may store data outside your country, always with the safeguards that the law requires.

4. Links to social media

The page has videos and links from our TikTok, Instagram and YouTube profiles. When you open these links, your data is handled by those companies under their own policies.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as your access to the course exists and, after that, for the period required by law for tax and accounting purposes. If you ask for a refund, your access ends, but we keep the transaction details for the legal period.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm that we handle your data, and to access, correct, anonymize, export or delete it, or to withdraw your consent. Just write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
