Refund policy

1. The no-drama guarantee: 7 days

If you feel Meu Dublê is not for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase and we will return 100% of what you paid. You do not need to explain why. This applies to the Standard Ticket, the VIP Ticket and the upgrade from Standard to VIP.

2. How to ask

You have two options:

• ask directly on Cakto, through the link in your purchase email;
• or email [email protected] with the email you used to buy.

3. How the money comes back

The amount goes back to the same payment method, processed by Cakto. The time it takes to show up depends on your bank or payment app. If you paid in a currency other than the US dollar, the amount you get back may differ slightly because of exchange rates.

4. What happens to your access

With the refund, all access linked to Meu Dublê ends: the course, the e-book, the members area, the community, WhatsApp groups and any other Meu Dublê channel.

5. What we do not refund

Credits, plans or subscriptions for third-party AI tools, because you buy those directly from each company.

6. After 7 days

Once the period has passed, the purchase is final and there is no refund, except where the law of your country says otherwise.
