Terms of use

These terms apply to anyone who buys or uses Meu Dublê, an online course offered by Speed Lead, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 55.249.110/0001-83. By buying or accessing the course, you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

Meu Dublê teaches you how to create characters with artificial intelligence and put them into videos. There are two tickets:

• Standard Ticket: e-book with modules 1 to 5.
• VIP Ticket: video course with modules 1 to 9, the Post-credits bonus (members area with updates) and access to the community.

Payment is a one-time charge, with no subscription, and is processed by Cakto. Prices are set in US dollars, and the checkout may show the equivalent in your local currency.

2. Access

Your login details are sent to the email you used to buy. Access is personal and cannot be shared, resold or transferred. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as Meu Dublê offers the course. The Standard Ticket does not include the Post-credits updates.

3. Community

The VIP community is a space for students and creators to share. Please be respectful: no insults, spam, unauthorized selling or sharing course material outside it. Anyone who breaks these rules may be removed, with no refund after the guarantee period.

4. Use the method responsibly

You are responsible for what you create and publish. By using the method, you agree to:

• not use the face, voice or name of a real person without permission;
• label your content as made with AI, following each platform's rules;
• respect each platform's rules and the copyright of the videos and music you use;
• not use the method to deceive, defame, scam or create illegal content.

5. No guaranteed results

Meu Dublê is an educational course. We do not guarantee views, followers, income or virality. Results depend on your character, your consistency and things we do not control, such as algorithms and platform rules. The numbers shown on the page come from our own profiles, not from students.

6. Third-party tools

The AI tools taught in the course are not included in the purchase. They have their own prices, terms and rules and may change at any time. The figure of under US$ 2 per video is an estimate based on prices on the date the page was published. Meu Dublê has no affiliation with these companies. Some recommended links may be affiliate links.

7. Guarantee and refunds

You have 7 days after your purchase to ask for a full refund, with no need to explain why. The details are in the Refund policy.

8. Intellectual property

The lessons, e-book, prompts, templates and Meu Dublê brands belong to Speed Lead. You may use what you learn to create your own content, but you may not copy, resell or distribute the material, or use it to build a competing course. The characters you create are yours.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the consumer protection laws of your country give you.

10. Minimum age

The course is for people aged 18 or over. Minors may only buy and use it with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.

11. Changes

We may update the course and these terms. Important changes will be posted on this page, with the new date.
